Two builders who ship their own products in public, from hardware and firmware to mobile apps. Some of it works, some of it doesn't, but every bit of it is designed and built by us, start to finish.
So far we've put out a hardware product, a full POS system for venues, and soon we'll put out dozens of small apps from our 100 Apps in 100 Hours run. We like owning the whole thing, from the circuit board to the deploy, and we figure most of it out by building it and seeing what breaks. It all lives here: the products, the experiments, and whatever we start next.
Hubert SliwkaBuilderHubert came up through hardware: electronics, board design, sensors, and a 3D printer that rarely stops. Software is the newer half, and he learns it the same way he learns anything, by building it and figuring out why it broke. Mention an idea to him and there's a good chance a rough version is already running on the bench the next day.
Nathan ColemanBuilderNathan works mostly in software, and he's fast: he'll have something running while everyone else is still arguing over how it should work. He's also the one who keeps a project from sprawling in ten directions when an idea gets too big. Lately he's been on the hardware side too, picking up the parts Hubert already knows.
